Went to a store that offers scan as you shop but no QR code displayed. Staff not aware of it either. Clearly shows lack of thought, lack of communication to those working in the stores. Come on Tesco Sainsbury's have beaten you to it!

Same as everyone, app is great at scanning items, but fails at the till. It's because of the bad till software and ignorant staff at Kensington. They haven't programmed the tills correctly and some don't even know what it is... Always reply "I don't know". My reply "I stop shopping at Tesco".
