Somewhere between a taxi and a bus. Seems like the best way to get around Killarney (and also Chill Island apparently). I've taken 2 rides so far. The first one was a large vehicle shared with maybe a dozen passengers. We made one or two stops along the way. The second was a smaller vehicle like a van. We had that one to ourselves - no extra stops. Both vehicles were clean. Both drivers were friendly. I love the concept.

The service itself is fantastic, at least when it actually decides to work. But the app itself needs serious updating. I've had it refuse to book a bus numerous times only for the bus to pull up at the stop, and only one person gets on. The app seems just to decide to single people out and not to work for them that day as I've spoken to others that this has happened to on numerous occasions. This needs to be remedied for the service to reach its full potential.
