Description by Via Transportation Inc.(from Google Play)
TFI Anseo is an app which lets you book your TFI Local Link bus service for now or later.
With just a few taps, you can book a journey, and our app will pair you with a TFI Anseo enabled bus service close to you.
Unlike bus services that operate to a fixed schedule, TFI Anseo enabled bus services have the flexibility to serve you at your convenience.
HOW IT WORKS: - Discover a TFI Anseo enabled TFI Local Link bus service in your area. - Book a journey by setting your pickup and drop off locations and indicate the number of people traveling and pay the fare (if applicable). - You will be given an estimated time when the bus will arrive upon booking your trip and the location where you should meet your driver. - The estimated arrival time of the driver will be automatically updated within the app as your bus makes its way to meet you. - When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle at your pickup point. - Our algorithm matches people heading in the same direction to maximise the efficiency of the shared bus service.
RELIABLE: You can track your bus as the driver is on their way to you and while you’re on the vehicle too. You can also share your travel status in real-time from the app.

Somewhere between a taxi and a bus. Seems like the best way to get around Killarney (and also Chill Island apparently). I've taken 2 rides so far. The first one was a large vehicle shared with maybe a dozen passengers. We made one or two stops along the way. The second was a smaller vehicle like a van. We had that one to ourselves - no extra stops. Both vehicles were clean. Both drivers were friendly. I love the concept.

I tried to book, but it took 2 hours because of" high demand" but I always see the bus empty?

The service itself is fantastic, at least when it actually decides to work. But the app itself needs serious updating. I've had it refuse to book a bus numerous times only for the bus to pull up at the stop, and only one person gets on. The app seems just to decide to single people out and not to work for them that day as I've spoken to others that this has happened to on numerous occasions. This needs to be remedied for the service to reach its full potential.
