Works well, large photos can have issues. Works very well. Make sure the resolution of your photo is under 8mp, because the app will hang otherwise. Other then that, very convenient.

Surprisingly easy I'm surprised in using this that it's not more difficult! To submit a claim there's no form to fill out - just send in a picture. I mean, that's the way it *should* be, I just can't believe a group benefits company actually did it! Works for me! :)

Doesn't work Submitted claim ..says submitted successfully. ..never got email confirmation ...call the customer service after 2 weeks they say no claims received then did their website fillable form go the confirmation email but customer service never got the claims ...dentist office tried to submit the claim ...didn't work had to pay there ...now customers service says try submitting manually by fax or mail ....ridiculous. ..whole claim company is crap
