People who rated 1 star had a problem at their pharmacy because pharmacy forgot their pin. That's not gp services fault. Email even says who they should call if this happens. The doctor's appointment went well, a prescription was issued, and I was told I could collect at the nominated pharmacy. When I went to collect it the pharmacy said they had never heard of the company and refused the prescription. I contacted the go service, and they apologized, resending the prescription to Boots. I then went to Boots who said exactly the same thing. No, out of meds and can't get hold of anyone at all.
