An absolute nightmare to use, causes stress before every gig. App doesn't work half the time. Separate logins for the halls vs AXS. Bought through Gigs and Tours but needed AXS login to access tickets. Just a massive pain. What’s wrong with pdfs?

Only venue I've ever been that requires their own ap. Bought tickets direct from the artist who used Ticketmaster for their tour. Told the ticket should appear in app if using the same email... it doesn't. Had to call both halls and Ticketmaster to resolve. Stressful all around
