Love the range, most things are very good quality. I LOVE the interface on this app for the 'shop the look' section where you can click on what you'd like to see more about, very nice design. Makes shopping so much easier.

Poor browsing and ordering experience, compared to using the website. There is no option to click & collect in-store, when placing orders ... delivery is the only available option. Cannot check stock in-store for individual items, unlike the website.

App glitches when an item in your basket becomes out of stock. You then cannot remove the out-of-stock item as requested and cannot proceed with the payment. Should be a simple bug to fix, unfortunately can't order anything now.

I purchased a battery operated projector online on Sunday 14/12/2025 for £7.99 I collected the projector on Monday 15/12/2025 - The Projector had been reduced in price to. £3.99 when I stated this to the assistant in the Neath Store he laughed at me and no money returned to my account. 15/12/2025 - I purchased a Sherpa throw shelf price £11.99 till price £14.99 • The Neath Store really know how to make a profit out of the public at Christmas, so obviously I will not be returning to The Range.

Very disappointed with the service. Ordered an item and got cancelled the next day with no explanation and haven't received refund. Item is showing as available on the app, but order got cancelled. Checkout was a nightmare. Kept having to enter details and logging back in multiple times. No help center in the app at all where I can contact a staff member.
