★★★★★ The program is great, easy to follow. I lost tons of weight and adopted a healthier way of eating. However, it would be extremely helpful if the app would have a check off (like "how do you feel today") at the end of each day: did you eat mindfully today? Did you eat what you wanted? Move your body? Drink water etc. Also, if you can incorporate the sugar book in this app it would be a great combination! That's actually why I installed app. Your website said you get 3 in 1.

★★★★★ Paul mckenna I can make you thin This app is fantastic, if you follow the instructions it really works! I've tried everything, slimming world, Weight Watchers, diet shakes even pills, nothing worked for me, but this system is easy to follow and i've lost 5lb in 10 days enjoying food that I like instead of awful 'diet' 'low fat' options! This app is for life!

★★☆☆☆ Watched the intro on the first day (yesterday) and now nothing is happening. It just says 'welcome back', then nothing. Really disappointing.
