Most of us in the UK have government digital ID's these days, that required verification. Why can't you utilize THAT instead of messing around with requirements for documents dated within the last 3 months that many of us receive digitally, if at all? My banks don't send statements. My utility companies don't either, nor my local council. You need to do better. My mother would not manage the faff that I've gone through, and I suspect many older people wouldn't either.

Doesn't work. First go it looked like it had uploaded docs then failed to submit them with no reason given. Second go that worked, but when trying to enter text I get no cursor or keyboard. My solicitor told me it would take a few minutes to complete this, seems like that's a sales pitch Third fort have failed to deliver. The chatbot suggestions didn't work and the support team are only available when I'm at work. Have emailed them but judging by other reviews I'm not holding out much hope.

Nightmare at the outset, better later. Fields jump all over the place when you're trying to fill them in, most frequently hiding behind the keyboard. The "Next" button always hides too. Need to be remade with a proper responsive interface. After initial issues and badly posed questions it got a bit better, although it took 10 attempts to accept my passport was real so that element probably needs work. Wish I didn't have to download an app for this process either and that I could use a website.
