★★★★★ First time using, would have liked to book for destination arrival time as I ended up too early not knowing the journey time. My address came up as Ayr, Kilmarnock which was confusing.

★★☆☆☆ Avoid! Their appr. Prices for hires are nothing like the actual price you'll pay for a journey! They add on an extra £3 or £4! Rip-offs

★★☆☆☆ Gave up after wasting 30 mins. At each attempt, the app closes as soon as I input the destination (a local hospital). Call handler couldn't help me, couldn't tell me who to speak to for help, and just told me to phone another time. Now I'm not confident of getting a reliable service from the company.
