This thunder plus is fraud they made me deposit Rs 1180 but charger didn't start, and I got the pop-up that amount is refunded but since yesterday I have not received the payment and I tried to charge again and paid Rs 189 and charging cost was Rs 120 I again got the pop that I will get the refund of remaining payment till now I have not received the refund so don't use their charger thery are fraud. There is no helpline no.I file case against them in consumer court if I don't get the refund.

Charging stop in between, and they claim refund has been processed, but it doesn't get credited in our account, no response from customer care number provided. Be careful
