This company is a complete scam. I booked a flight from Bangkok to Chaing Mai, paid and then at the last minute I get this: "We regret to inform you that we were not able to arrange your original ticket request because of a technical error. If the difference will not be paid urgently, we will have to cancel this booking and issue a full refund." -Dean Let me get this straight. I pay you for a reservation. You have a technical error. Now I have to pay the difference in fare. Just wow... SCAM!

it's not clear on their app whereas pick up included or not, I had to pay extra. day of pick up time 8.00 am and they ask you to be there 30 min before o after depending on the traffic. I have waited 1 hour, no sign of driver, no call, nothing absolutely unprofessional. I had to take a taxi to not miss my boat for Phuket. no sign of empathy from their operator phantip. my advise book directly with Lomprayan much more serious. avoid yourself serious pain in the ass from useless staff.

it's a scam (at least for Thailand) they show only few and super overpriced options. Go to book the tickets at the stations instead. don't use this app for Thailand
