I found the app very easy to use. I bought tickets for very cheap on here to my first hockey game. It was a blast and I know for sure that I will come back for more later! There aren't a lot of ads on the app. It is easy to buy the tickets. There isn't a lot of waiting. I love it. Personally, Ticket IQ is my favorite app for tickets. You have a loyal customer in me. I am not sure what it is like to buy tickets for other events, but I would assume it is similar to the hockey games.

I installed Ticket IQ when they were TiqIQ. It can be clunky at times, but it's also been a must click for checking for the best prices on Celtics tickets, they're a must-check. I've used them for Celtics ticket in regular and post season and saved real money. Negative is that their last-minute selection isn't as deep as some other sites, and I like to buy last-minute some of the time

App is amazing it gives you 200% credit back if you find the same ticket for less. They also have prices around 20% cheaper than Stub Hub and Vivid. Also cool how it gives featured events which allows easy searching. I am shopping for March Madness tickets and love the low prices. I would like to see a key word search available. Great overall app.

Scam! I purchased 6 tickets to a hockey game for October 14th 2021 section 306. After completing sale no email confirmation arrived. The next day still nothing, so I used app to find out section was changed to 302. I called but only accept calls a day in advance of event. Sent 3 emails still no reply. I tried Facebook. 6 days later they reply all sales are final. After disputing with AMEX I received email saying not their problem. Using chrome history showing correct tickets ordered just cricket

Very disappointed. I've been looking dor concert tix for 2 days, on EVERY
site, app...you name it! This one shows the tix for quadruple the price of
any site I have compared it to! I didn't even hesitate to download it, as
it had a 5-star rating. GO elsewhere PEOPLE! MUCH cheaper just about
ANYWHERE!
