Emailed Ticket melon due to Sadistic Intent Bangkok show being cancelled by organizer on 23rd April. Received a generic email response and no follow-up communication or action taken. Edit: Apologies, missed the refund payment, which was received on 24th April. Thank you Ticket melon for the quick processing of said refund.

Emailed me 1 week before event, threatening to cancel my tickets unless I emailed them my passport. Insecure & scammy. --- Reply: I contacted support 2 days *before* my review; 9 days later (event date) I'd still received no reply. Quick to defend image; slow to help your customers. Minus an extra star.

Can you make the app more stable? Every time I click on an event that I'm interested in. The app just shut down. How am I supposed to see anything or buy a ticket to any event?

Don't buy from Ticket melon. They false advertise, misrepresent their events to solicit resales and do not refund when events are cancelled. อย่าซื้อตั๋วจาก Ticket melon พวกเขาโฆษณาเกินจริง บิดเบือนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับงานอีเวนต์เพื่อหลอกขายต่อ และไม่คืนเงินหากงานถูกยกเลิก

Usually got the message "an unexpected error has occurred" 90% of the time. The app is slow, clunky, with questionable design choices and can crash anytime. I'll just stick to the website (the web not even that good but at least it doesn't crash)
