I use the genie courier, the rider takes forever and does not even pick your calls. The customer care service too does not pick your calls

Worst experience I've ever had using a food delivery app. Not only did they not have what I order at the store, but they would not refund my money which they had no problem accepting. Their customer service doesn't work at all, I sent several messages and got no help. Calling today, and they are telling me to wait till Monday. So I should starve for three days. If you know you don't have the items then why let someone pay for them? Especially when you know you won't be willing to refund them.

I ordered food from the Suya place at Fox dale Court on 26th October 2023 at exactly 12:32pm...was called a few minutes later by an operator stating that they'd send a rider to check if the place was open that day. I received an order cancellation an hour later and decided to call the rider who then said Tigmoo would take it up. Today is the 31st of October and my money hasn't been refunded. This was actually my first time ordering and to say I'm utterly disappointed, is an understatement.

Extremely poor customer service. Order food, got a confirmation and later my order was cancelled without any explanation...called the delivery man and customer service but no one was answering...just go to the restaurant yourself.
