Lies lies land fraud. Do not use this company. They have no existing customer service, only bots. Booked a tour, human guide and tickets to a museum in English. Shoed up and there was an argument about if the guide would speak English or Italian. After 30 minutes if them arguing, the company told us to go inside buy an audio guide.spend more money and listen to tour via hand held device. our time was cut in the museum by 1/4th, and we did not get what we paid for. Please reimburse me!

Tiqets partners with scammers like My Top Tour. We bought tickets to the Seville Cathedral. In the Tiqets app, the place where our tickets should be was blank. The emails have a link to download the tickets but when you do it's a receipt that clearly says "this is not a ticket." We contacted customer support and were told repeatedly that the tickets were sent. We did not see the cathedral and did not get a refund. Avoid at all costs and purchase directly from the attraction.
