★★★★★ They are constantly upgrading and revising based on feedback. Very proactive in wanting to provide excellent service. New versions rock! The best for a small trucking company. Service from the company is outstanding.

★★☆☆☆ Every time the POD photo segment of the TLS app.is utilized,the whole TLS app.freezes up. (occurs when both the auto capture,and manual photo capture are utilized)

★★☆☆☆ please fix location services on this app. constantly getting alerts while vehicle not running and sitting still, claiming vehicle in motion and preventing you from using app. this is been a problem on four different model phones

★★☆☆☆ Constantly crashing or disconnecting. Crashes everytime I have to take a picture of ANY document, and upload it. The worst part is, it wont straight crash out, but appear logged in and connected, but any further action or message sent, wont register. You have to log out and back in. It constantly falls out of sync, and I find myself messaging dispatch with no reply, only to find out they arent receiving anything. I log out, again, and log back in to find all of my messages sent, no longer there.
