Hopeless. Can't upload a PDF of proof of vax. Have to take a photo of proof adding an unnecessary step. Don't know why I need an app on my phone for this. Crashed first time is used the app, but unfortunately it must be used to show proof of vaccine.

Broken and nonfunctional app. Everything done on this app could've been done better on a website, but for whatever reason Ryerson spent students' tuition on this piece of junk. The app crashes frequently and often does not properly load. Pressing the Android back button is nonfunctional and switching out of this app causes it to restart. What kind of app doesn't support multitasking in 2021? One developed by X University, obviously.

This App was very poorly designed. What could have easily been done on a website was unnecessarily convoluted into a useless app that even though I went in BEFORE the stated deadline to upload my vaccination status which is fully vaccinated, it was so poorly designed that I had no idea whether my vaccination status was uploaded or not. Something as simple as a COVID-pre screen which I have done multiple times seemed to have morphed into a very complicated problem to solve via this app. I am frustrated and disappointed because now I have gotten several emails putting me in the same bucket as those who refuse compliance, refused vaccination etc... I will try ONE more time to upload my vaccination status after which it is on Ryerson to rectify the status with me.
