Best safest taxi drivers in Birmingham they are about £1.55 pound more than rival private hire but glass screen ensures they don't pass on COVID-19 instead of breathing same airspace as driver. Also, they worked hard to pass the knowledge of Birmingham so deserve the extra £1.55 im my opinion you pay a little extra in comfort in knowing you will be in safe hands. Adam regular passenger.

The cab driver robbed me in the end of the ride. I had to pay for the ride via app and then in the cab, which was already very confusing. On top, I didn't realize that the driver was charging me more money than the cost of the ride. The cherry in the cake was then the driver making pay for the airport drop-off, which I later realized was already included in the fare I had already paid. All a scam. And still no response from the company

It can do with improving by adding a CASH payment method and the money shop be taken out the customers account when booking with the app it should be taken after the journey is completed

Crap service I used the app to book a taxi said it had been booked then I waited an hour and a half for a taxi! Kept ringing the actual taxi company itself and all they kept saying was that there was no taxis in the area when I could see on the map there was 6/7 taxis in the area and one drove straight past me! Will never use this app or taxi company again!
