Originally I was happy with this app and company. Since last year the service got worse. I book a ride and get a notification email but no cab arrives. Few times I had to call while waiting, just to be told that either no cab was booked or that booked driver is not available, so they were trying to find another driver. Night staff is unhelpful and the drivers tend to complain about how little they earn. Twice I was also asked to pay extra £4 for being dropped in the Stansted drop-off area (cash).

I did request a cab a day before the day I actually needed and the company charged me. That's fine, as it was my mistake. I booked a cab for another trip to the airport, and we landed at 9.30 pm. They saw it, the booking was for 10.30pm but the cab arrived 10.50pm. Called the office "it's only a little error". Then the cab arrived. A BMW with no sign of "metro express cab" on. And the driver drove so fast back home I didn't feel safe at all!!! Plus the smell in the car was horrific, maybe the driver was working no stop since the morning. Well, they just lost a client!
