Don't understand why there are so many negative reviews. Obviously it's going to be harder/easier depending on what the grabbed item is, but that's not the machine's fault nor the people behind this app. Even though the prices are a bit expensive, they're way better than cheap junk others have. Update: The shipping system made me remove a star. Why do I have to win 3 prizes to be able to ship? And the 1,000 gem option is just not worth it. Still going to keep it because it's 1/2 good claw apps, but :/

So I caught a prize earlier this month, which was the Attack on Titan ball plushies, and saw all six, thinking I got all six. NOPE. I got one. ONE! The image showed all six, so I thought I was winning all six. Overall, the image was misleading. Great game though.

I have played a lot of crane games and by far this is the best app for Japanese style crane games. I have only ever had one issue with game play and the staff made it beyond right and gave me my entire game play credits back plus a couple extra tickets. I have won so many valuable figures and plushies from this app. Definitely addicting but so much fun.

Not worth it. It's just like every other claw machine you see. The grab is way too weak even if it's a package that is legit grabbable. And also the usage of tokens and gems is bad

It's easy to win you basically only need to watch alot of ads to get free shipping then hope you get that prize to actually get free shipping, but sometimes it doesn't count prizes caught the same way someone else did edit: they rig the claws if people win in it multiple times a super strong claw became unable to lift anything up in the same machine after 3 wins in the same hour DON'T EVEN PLAY THIS
