Really great camera easy to mount, only problem I had was connectivity to network such a shame that I had to split the network into 5g and 2.4g as the camera only connects to 2.4g but having said that once connected it works brilliantly

UPDATE: I have contacted customer service about this issue they asked for model number of camera etc., I also Email them for a follow-up but no response. VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THEM. So Down Rating TO 1*. . Since the last update, I now have a very annoying popup screen appearing every 2 minutes with a 10 seconds countdown before the app will close the camera. I have to keep clicking on it to stop.

Have 2 cctv cameras back and front and front one keeps going offline even though it has a good Wi-Fi connection, nothing I try sorts it out
