No idea why there's so many one-star reviews. This app/service is brilliant. Sure the delivery fee is a bit steep, but I've spoken to many of the local drivers around Albany, and they're such nice people. This app is really needed in small cities/towns such as here in Albany, where we don't have uber eats. I definitely recommend if you don't have uber eats in your area.

More than once I have ordered from this app only to have my order accepted, then cancelled hours later. And the customer support is non-existent.

Absolutely useless on both website and app. The menues don't have half the products, not even drinks, it doesn't keep you location, so you have to constantly reput it in, the menues are hard to get to and it's a lot of back and forth, and they aren't much hel customer service wise either. Overall probably the worst site or app I have ever used

App doesn't work, menu never loads. Support do not respond and never fix glitches, have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, does not fix it

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Bugger all customer support when orders are incorrect. Won't refund money for food that is delivered stone-cold and over 1 hour after pick up.

It doesn't have delivery for Busselton at all pretty disappointed in it Busselton needs more of this never ever available for Busselton delivery
