They hired the worst customer service and management ever. They amused you for the first time with an amazing cleaner and then when you request the same person the app Will keep giving you a different one even when you try to call customer service they tell you that the requested cleaner is not available for the coming Weeks and force you to have a different person or to cancel it without even trying to help. I can see from other reviews that I'm not the first person having this issue.

The cleaner is just amazing but the customer service and management is a big headache. We agreed on a monthly plan with always the same cleaner. However, visits get cancelled same day, or to my surprise a total stranger stands in front of my door. After 3 visits combined with issues I asked for a refund but guess what... even that is not going without a huge time effort and negotiations. All in one: not worth the time and energy you have to invest!
