Booked our holiday to Japan Via Trail finders. The View Trail app is excellent. It has everything we need to know about our trip, including flights and seating plan, details of our full itinerary, vouchers and travel, including all the hotels we will be staying in. We had a change to one of our stays, which was an upgrade, !! And we were contact by our Trail finders representative who informed us by phone and then updated our View Trail itinerary for us. It's exceptional, definitely recommend.

In the middle of a trip and the app has stopped recognizing my login credentials, so I can't get the information I need to check in for flights.

The app won't authenticate my details. Checked and double-checked. I'm in Africa by myself. Should be flying Cape Town to Glasgow via dubai. Emirates have cancelled all flights. Trying to get in touch with trail finders. How do I do it? Why won't the app work?

I open the app, select Itinerary, it opens for a second or so then the app crashes. The app is therefore of no use whatsoever. Did a five-year-old program this? Was it ever tested?

Perhaps it is useful but sofar it is a big disappointment and unusable. When clicking on My Profile the app asks where to send a onetime code. After inserting that it asks if you want to use Biometric info stored on the phone. In case of answer yes it sends you back to the page that asks for one time code, in case of answer no it does the same... Au unsolvable loop.... :-(

Bug: when you press the VIEW VOUCHER button, you get a spinning icon for a moment but then nothing. Repeated pressing of button does nothing. To view voucher you need to access View trail from a browser to downloadable voucher PDF file.
