★★★★★ Pretty easy to use. Great if you have only one account, a little clunky for multiple account management. Great free app.
★★★★★ Trailhead CU app works great. I do much of my banking from it and never have run into any issues.
★★★★★ Does everything that I need. Mobile deposit and bill pay works great. I've had this app at least 6 or 7 years and have never had an app related problem.
★★☆☆☆ Keep writing "for remote deposit only" on my checks for mobile deposit and it keeps telling me to write it on my checks when i already have.
★★☆☆☆ The mobile app for TrailheadCU does most everything you need it to but simple info to help processes is missing. The Mobile Deposit page should tell you to write, "For Mobile Deposit Only" under your signature and what the limit is for deposits, but the app tells neither. Exceeding the limit or failing to write the phrase causes deposits to fail. Both pieces of information fit easily on the mobile desposit page but TrailheadCU has elected to not share either via the app with the customer. Bad!
★★☆☆☆ This app hardly works. Can't login 80% of the time. Can't access my account through the website either. Also the website says customer service is available 24 hours a day. That's a lie. This bank is becoming a disgrace
