Description by Ventrk(from Google Play)
Train Centric is the new and interactive way to maximize your gains. We can guarantee you’ll be sore after integrating Train Centric into your normal lifting routine.
Train Centric will guide you to control the weight, ensuring you are getting the most out of each rep and set. The majority of the people lifting weights neglect to put emphasis on each movement, which dramatically impacts your results. The platform keeps you accountable like never before tracking each and every variable during your workout.
Leveraging each muscle contraction can help you establish a strong mind-muscle connection which directly impacts your results and performance.
The platform integrates tempos for each muscle contraction, while tracking your rep, sets, and rest to keep your intensity high, breaking plateaus.
Train Centric will transform your current workouts by simply increasing the intensity and putting more emphasis on each of your muscle contractions.
The app utilizes time under tension (TUT) and progressive overload allowing you to get the most out of every rep and maximize muscle gain and retention.

★★★★★
This app is awesome. Will definitely look forward to adding weights to the android version and will be buying a magnet if you sell them.
★★★★★
Great app for structuring your workouts, does a lot more than its competitors.
★★★★★
TC will make you think about each movement, control each breath, and reduce the weight of your lifts. Back to basics and you will be SORE.
★★☆☆☆
Decent app but disappointing it is aimed at iPhone. Can only get the very basic features with android which really effects the quality of the app without an apple phone. Also, when you go to change exercises you need to exit the whole app and restart which takes a long time to load. Gets frustrating when you're on a tight time frame for your training.
★★☆☆☆
Don't get this ap if you don't use an apple product, super basic features the honestly I can do in my head. I'll be going to switch to an ap that I can do multiple exercises in a set. Really don't know why they even released this outside the Apple Store.
★★☆☆☆
Being android I want to be able to input workouts. Really gutted that everything is always aimed for iPhones. They already get the tempo coach app which is unavailable to android so would be nice if this was suited for android users.
