I love this app. Easy to use. I can save texts in PDF, txt or HTML format to my PC. HTML format saves any attachments in the text. I had a glitch with an update and tech support was always available to assist. Thank you, Adam!!!

Hours now. After doing everything I had to do before it could transfer my text oy files to my desktop, im on my 3rd hour... and still no transfer. The data sync was stopped many times, so try the USB way and NOPE, nothing.

Initiating a connection is flakey. When connecting to message it just sits on "loading" for 2 hours with no results. Tried multiple times. USB connection doesn't connect at all, only connects via Wi-Fi

Purchased it. Doesn't connect or connects for a short time, but I still cannot save to a PDF. Support is minimal. Very frustrating!!! We had better luck with the free trial then we bought it, and it didn't work at all, over 10 plus hours wasted!!!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
