Great app for backing up text messages. It pulls all conversations from my phone and saves them as a PDF, which is perfect for keeping important message history. Easy to use and connects quickly over Wi-Fi.

Initiating a connection is flakey. When connecting to message it just sits on "loading" for 2 hours with no results. Tried multiple times. USB connection doesn't connect at all, only connects via Wi-Fi

Very Disappointed!!! I pd $30 for the premium version & what a waste. I Want a refund!!! The app is easy to use, the main problem is that it does not capture the complete message. I needed to use the text messages for a court case, and it failed to show tye complete conversation. I thought maybe I did something wrong. I exported the text message at least 3 different times and each time the same results, incomplete messages. Same story I want a refund this program does not work the way it says it

Spent hours troubleshooting & it still will not connect with Transfer Companion. The message for need to download updated Transfer Companion didn't pop up until much later, but it won't connect.
