I should have read the reviews. DO NOT BUY THIS APP !!! Downloaded, paid $30, verified payment with credit card, then wasted 3 hrs watching" downloading messages" buffeting over and over. Additionally, after verifying that I paid the screen pop up said I was using the temporary version which doesn't work. I then went back on my phone to find the 23 character' activation code' also did not work. If you need to copy and print text messages, find another app, this one does not work.

Spent hours troubleshooting & it still will not connect with Transfer Companion. The message for need to download updated Transfer Companion didn't pop up until much later, but it won't connect.

Initiating a connection is flakey. When connecting to message it just sits on "loading" for 2 hours with no results. Tried multiple times. USB connection doesn't connect at all, only connects via Wi-Fi
