Droid Transfer installed on the computer with its Transfer companion installed on the phone is a highly intuitive program. It is super easy to use if the “Scan Droid Transfer QR Code” method of transfer works, which it always has for me. It offers other ways to connect, but they are convoluted compared to simply scanning the QR code on the computer screen that the program provides. Plus, you can download the Transfer Companion to multiple phones for free and use it as often as you like.

Excellent transfer capabilities with my Samsung 10i (Android), also gr8 tool to manage all your images and videos. Such as select specific photos and Videos to transfer into a PC file. I had over 200 photos and 17 video clips, all transferred in less than 2 minutes.

Beware: May not copy all texts - depends on provider and phone settings at time texts were sent. Do NOT purchase until you confirm it will work for you.

If you want a simple app for printing off text conversations get SMS Backup and Restore. Transfer companion is useless. Spent an hour going through its ludicrously complicated instructions to link a computer with a mobile which is totally unecessary as with SMS Backup and restore you can simply e-mail a PDF of the text conversation to s pc and Print it off. Transfer companion and its related apps are completely useless. Plus expensive.
