I use Tran slink App For, Well Just In Case if Real Time Thingamajig is Not Available Like Real Time tracking For Bus/Train Services I decided to put 5 stars because this app gives me a backup way to check the real time Timetable

Like other users, bus GPS locations behave very strangely (including showing driving right past my stop, and showing up on a freeway interchange 1000 m away from its route). And if you're near the beginning of the route, it doesn't show at all until the bus leaves the first stop. Unlike the PTV app, can't top up a Go Card (via NFC). Disruptions need to be shown a lot clearer (FLASHING red/yellow triangle), currently appears no different to the numerous planned alerts. Useful for trip planning.

This new app lacks the basic features the old app had. Trips and commutes are not editable. When selecting a specific station, all buses appear, even buses going in the other direction and from close by stations 😂. Can you AI or google on how to fix it? 😂 Update: the app is still 💩. It's funny how bad it is. GPS accuracy is down to a cm, but you managed to list most buses from any direction or stop. Update: no improvement, there's no shame in asking AI to fix your app😂

Real time bus information display has been installed at my local bus stop, and it's reasonably accurate. However, this app doesn't reflect that information at all. Is it a big ask to expect this app to provide accurate departure information in line with signage at the bus stop and Google Maps? I need to know departure times before I leave home, not when I arrive at the stop. Pointless upgrade from the old app and waste of public money.

The old app was useful for planning. This one is not accurate e.g. no info on train Brisbane to Beetling, has the Gold coast tram stop at Ne rang not Helensvale.
