App gives a delivery date. Delivery doesn't happen. App still has that date the next day. Phone up. Delivery date changes to next day. Delivery doesn't happen. Delivery date doesn't change. Admittedly this is probably (mostly) not the App's fault, but rather lack of updates for orders, but it's not a good look, and the app could maybe indicate if there's a problem with delivery rather than keep saying it'll be delivered yesterday.

Adding new credit card details took 3 attempts. The system is very clunky for doing this.

Billing system is terrible. don't receive invoices get put on stop for not paying a bill ive not had. Customer service helpline is terrible

User experience is awful. Voucher codes don't work, with no explanation as to why. Picking a collection branch is much more complicated than it needs to be. Products don't show up in search if they're not available at your currently-selected branch. And all this just to pay over the odds for products you can find cheaper elsewhere. No wonder they have to advertise (non-working) discount codes for first-time app users, because no one would use the app if they didn't. Waste of my time.

Terrible, try to pay my account and cannot find a way to do it through the app. I have even asked in store and your staff can't do it either. In short a waste of time. A bill through the post would be far more efficient
