A little bit of more improvement could be done with trio and the updates for Trio Robot vacume

Setup was ok. Wouldn't let me change the fact I wasn't in Canada . So had to use an email address, and it didn't work cause it thought I was in Canada. Eventually managed to change this to UK because they don't have Ireland option and it worked. Vacuum worked very well but since last update it's not doing a proper route and gets confused easily, and it has failed to find its way back to charger since update. Apart from this it's actually pretty good. The remote control and FPV camera is great

The server for the United States was not working properly. I have been emailing tech support, They are currently fixing it, and my robot vacuums are up and running with the app again. I am very pleased! Connected instantly and some updating(2 so far), and all parts of the app seem to be working as well. I almost gave up and returned them, but tech responded and acted on fixing the issues fast. I have 2 ollies-p, and they vacuum extremely well and respond to my settings perfectly. My pets r happy2
★★☆☆☆
Can not register will not generate a pin for me will be sending vacuum back useless without the app
★★☆☆☆
App worked perfectly at first install, then 20 minutes later encountered the "Internet connection error" and won't work at all anymore.
★★☆☆☆
I can't even log in, it keeps telling me internet connection failure. And I can't find a way to contact support without logging onto the app.
