In a world full of unethical and uncaring companies, it's refreshing to find a bank that cares about people and the planet. I have no complaints since moving to Trio dos. I wish all banks were as ethical.

Tried twice to install app on phone, but it could not pick up my location. Tried on tablet, but app said something had failed and suggested I started from the beginning again. Have given up, so will have to stick to digicams which is really difficult to read the numbers even when made bigger by pressing ok.

I've tried opening a Trio dos account twice over the years. 1st time, app insisted my face didn't match my ID, which I've never experienced elsewhere. 2nd time, there appears to be no option to use my eVisa as my ID (as the app insists on an expiry date for my residence permit - my ILR has no expiry!) and it doesn't accept my foreign passport as ID. Calling customer support the 1st time didn't help at all. I'll try to call one more time but this is so much effort with no guarantee of success.

Deteriorating app experience. Used to work well, but I have had real problems accessing my accounts and performing transactions recently. There is no way to log in alternatively (e.g. desktop). I now cannot get into my app at all and need to for urgent banking. I cannot call anyone at Trio dos because it is the weekend. This is unacceptable, especially when considering I pay a fee for this account. As soon as I can get into my accounts I will be transferring to another provider.
