TrueMile: Mileage Log

TrueMile is a manual mileage and vehicle log for anyone who drives for business, medical visits, or charity work and wants a clean record come tax time. Every trip is typed in, never tracked by GPS.

Log a trip in seconds
- Enter miles directly, or a start and end odometer reading
- Tag each trip business, personal, medical, or charity
- Quick Log repeats your last trip in one tap

See your deduction estimate
- Trips are priced against the standard mileage rate for their category and date, so a mid-year rate change splits correctly across your trips automatically
- Month and year totals, plus a miles by purpose chart

Track more than mileage
- Each vehicle keeps its own fuel and service history
- Cost per mile for each vehicle, and a combined view across vehicles (Pro)
- Export trips, fuel logs, and service logs to CSV for your own records or your accountant (Pro)

Free and Pro
- Free: 30 trips a month and 1 active vehicle
- Pro, one payment: unlimited trips, unlimited vehicles, no cap ever

Privacy
TrueMile never asks for location or GPS permissions, there is no code that reads your device's location. Every entry is something you typed yourself. Your trips, vehicles, fuel logs, and service logs stay under your account and are never sold or shared for advertising. You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app at any time.

TrueMile keeps the math out of guesswork so you can see where you stand at a glance. Estimates only, not tax advice. Always confirm totals with a tax professional before filing.
