Sensory Reset: Overstimulated

Sensory Reset is a sensory overload tracker for anyone who feels overloaded by noise, crowds, light, clutter, or a room that just feels off. Log a check-in in seconds and build a private record of your own patterns and what helps you settle back down.

What you can do:
- Check in in seconds. Rate noise, crowd, light, clutter, and temperature, and your mood before and after, with an optional note.
- See today's load at a glance. With a Reset Kit saved, you also get a nudge toward the step that usually helps.
- Look back through your check-in history, and edit or delete any entry. Pro unlocks your full history and removes the daily check-in cap.
- Spot your own patterns: which combinations of triggers hit hardest, which times of day are toughest, and how each factor is trending over time (Pro, with a free preview).
- Build a personal Reset Kit of the steps that actually help you recover, in the order that works for you, then start a guided one-minute, three-minute, or full-length reset whenever you need one (Pro).
- Mark a step as "helped" and let the app learn which ones to suggest first (Pro).
- Turn on an optional, once-a-day reminder to check in. No streaks, no guilt.

Free and Pro
- Free: one check-in a day, today's load, and the last 7 days of history
- Pro, one payment: unlimited check-ins, your complete history, pattern insights, and your own Reset Kit with the one-minute, three-minute and full-length guided resets

Privacy: your check-ins, mood ratings, and notes stay in your account. We don't share them with other users or sell them to anyone, and we never use your data to track you across other apps or sites.

Sensory Reset is a self-awareness tool, not medical care, a diagnosis, or therapy. It's just a calm, private place to notice what's happening and what helps.
