TruePay is the official digital lending application of Truepay Finance Private Limited (formerly Jain Finscap Private Limited), an RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC-ICC).
RBI Certificate of Registration No.: B.01.00455. All loans are directly sanctioned and disbursed exclusively by Truepay Finance Private Limited. This app is listed in the RBI Digital Lending Apps (DLAs) deployed by Regulated Entities list.
Truepay Finance Private Limited holds a valid RBI Certificate of Registration under Section 45 IA of the RBI Act, 1934. All loans are sanctioned and disbursed exclusively by Truepay Finance Private Limited in accordance with applicable RBI regulations.

• Loan Application Process 1. Apply for Loan: Submit required personal, financial, and KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, income proof, and property documents for LAP). 2. Loan Approval: Loan applications are evaluated and approved directly by Truepay Finance Private Limited in accordance with RBI regulations. 3. Bank Verification & e-Mandate: Complete bank account verification and authorize e-mandate for EMI auto-debit. 4. Loan Disbursement: Upon approval and verification, the loan amount is credited directly to the borrower’s verified bank account.
• EMI & Repayment Management - Monthly EMI payments - Overdue payment settlement - Pre-payment facility - Loan foreclosure after the first month
• Mandatory Loan Disclosure (India) - Minimum Repayment Tenure: 6 months - Maximum Repayment Tenure: 36 months - Minimum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 12% per annum - Maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 36% per annum
