Every time I use this app, at their insistence, there's a problem of some sort. There is no way to contact them. Why doesn't TEG do their own checks? It's costing people money. I've been barred several times from CX because of this incompetent company. Outsourcing is impersonal.

It is extremely difficult to use. Very time-consuming. I have to use this to be compliant on another business app we use called The Transport Exchange Group. It's to validate my membership and my business documents. I had the same issues last year. If you don't have to use this app ? And you have other choices? Then don't. It's like going down a rabbit hole and never getting out. Takes up far too much time. It's awful. I've spent 2 days on it so far and still not showing as "Validated" 0 out 5.
