Didn't receive OTP dispute trying multiple times. Couldn't sign up. Also, don't appreciate that it's such a hassle to sign up for this when the notice that this app is necessary to generate a boarding pass for my online bus ticket is only posted at the bus ticket kiosk itself. I literally just used Redbus to generate a mobile boarding pass a month ago in September 2025 and had no idea this app was now suddenly necessary. I almost had to run after my bus with my luggage to make it onboard.

Very bad experience. can't login smoothly despite signup successfully. Every failed login need to wait for otp send to ur phone number. After each otp sent there will be waiting time if you want to request another otp. When try to redeem ticket, the ticket was not found. Tried several times and had to queue up eventually at the counter. Almost missed my bus due to the long queue. Online and service should have been able to keep my process smoother and easier. This app and server need improvement

Waste of money, not working properly, even if we book seats in the bus, the bus driver won't properly organize the passenger and acting very rude to the passenger.

Could have told before purchase that it is only refundable in points and non-refundable as cash / credited back to card
