Didn't receive OTP dispute trying multiple times. Couldn't sign up. Also, don't appreciate that it's such a hassle to sign up for this when the notice that this app is necessary to generate a boarding pass for my online bus ticket is only posted at the bus ticket kiosk itself. I literally just used Redbus to generate a mobile boarding pass a month ago in September 2025 and had no idea this app was now suddenly necessary. I almost had to run after my bus with my luggage to make it onboard.

Waste of money, not working properly, even if we book seats in the bus, the bus driver won't properly organize the passenger and acting very rude to the passenger.

Just had the worst TTKLIA red/white taxi experience, ever. This one was at KLIA2. Car was bumpy as hell, my back still uncomfortable as I'm typing this. Driver was recklessly speeding and changing lanes only when it's very close to exits. Car smelled of smoke, gave off a choke feeling even when the driver wasn't smoking. Driver was rude too. Don't take taxis from this TTKLIA counter/kiosk/app.
