The app is easy to use, however it would be better if they put both the virtual and instructor classes on the same page, then you don't have to worry about coming out of the app and going into another section to book a class! But that's just my opinion!

Marking this app down because you can't use Google Pay, and I always need to find my card. Other than that it is great, though.

I have just started using the app, I do not find it to be user-friendly. I wanted to book a gym session but the only option was to book an orientation which I completed last week. I find also that a phone call to the central number tends to be on hold for 4+ minutes. I will call in at Urmston move this morning and discuss with staff.

Difficult to get to right screens, e.g. couldn't find the right page to log in, also didn't accept my password, when tried to pay asked for £6. And nowhere to click saying I'm a member. Also no easy way to move on from my comment e.g. what key I should be pressing to send

Rubbish. Not all easy. Goes round in circles. Not intuitive. Even your staff find it difficult. Needs work.
