This was such an easy, smooth and fast experience. I used this option, so I didn't have to bring my two young kids into a doctor's office with me. I will definitely use it again. The doctor was very helpful and the appt went great. The only issue was the video wasn't working on his end, he had to call me instead. But that's an app issue, not a doctor issue. That's the only reason I am not giving it five stars.

After nearly an hour of being the "next patient in line" to see the doctor I selected, I was transferred to the waiting queue of another doctor. When it was time to connect, the app kicked me out. When I tried to log back in, the app displayed a loading screen and didn't connect me, requiring a voice only call. Also, beware if you need a work excuse for a day you've already missed. They won't backdate it. Waste of my time and money. Will go to a real urgent care clinic.
