I had a reservation,went to the point,suddenly my trip was cancelled because (i am already on another trip)! What a none sense! How come the app refuses overbooking in the same time, trip cancelling became a habbit since you cancelled customer service & know there is no path to complain!

Worst service I had a trip which was supposed to be 8.08 am and until 8.20 I didn't have any details about the trip and I had to cancep and to order uber !! There is no even a method to contact the customer service if i had problem, worst application

The service is very very bad .. they always cancel the trip in last moment .. and the customer service always don't do anything to help me .. really very bad service .. and finally i took my decision to uninstall the application and i will not use Uber again

I have uber bus package 475 LE , and in this month the trip was canceled after waiting more than 15 or 30 minutes ,after offical i did'nt find it trying to call the captine .
