★★★★★ Worked for me great for years until the heater on the main device stopped working and replaced it with a new one. Kept the old as a fan/AC/Humid, but app has always worked perfectly

★★★★★ App was working great for roughly two weeks, even on a new phone during that time. Mandatory phone OS update 2 days ago, and now I get 98% Network Exception when opening the app. Have tried hard resets and reinstalls, no luck. I'll revise this review to 5 star once it's fixed. Update: Several days after the issue, it suddenly resolved itself. At the risk of jinxing it, I haven't had Network Exception since.

★★☆☆☆ App is useless. Does not stay connected to device or Alexa. Delete app and do everything all over only fixes for a day of that long. Either remove the app from advertising or update it. Bought unit specifically for its ability to work with Alexa. Fix the app or remove the marketing for it.
