The app is not working since a week I uploaded ID card but still on process. I don't know why the customer care service is dealy... I try to call but too much waiting and then declined

They were good, not NOW. You can't send money above the limit of 5000. If you want, you have to send 5000 again and repeat. (and each time they add commission) Not recommended using this app services
