Unstuck: ADHD Planner & Focus

Your brain isn't broken. Your to-do list is.

Unstuck is the planner for ADHD brains. Dump the mess in your head — typed or dictated — and the AI breaks it into 3 to 7 tiny steps of 5 to 30 minutes. Then you see exactly one step. Never the whole list of steps.

WHY IT WORKS
• One step at a time: no wall of tasks, no overwhelm
• Tiny by design: every step small enough to start without motivation
• Energy tags: steps that match the energy you actually have right now
• Home screen widget: your next step stays visible without opening the app
• Focus timer: makes time visible, step by step, with a halfway check-in
• Gentle reminders: one calm nudge, only between 8:00 and 22:00, never guilt

A GARDEN THAT GROWS WITH YOU
• Six areas of life, six growing plants — every finished step makes one grow
• Collect sparks as you finish, spend them on plant styles and garden decor
• A daily goal and streaks, properly celebrated instead of strictly enforced
• Nothing ever shrinks. A bad day costs you no progress

A CALM DAY PLAN
• At most three next steps, never a backlog
• Chosen by energy rather than by urgency
• Gentle re-tuning when a day goes differently than planned
• No catching up, no red numbers, no guilt

FOCUS, ROUTINES AND A RESCUE ANCHOR
• A focus companion as an ongoing notification
• Gentle routines with no backlog and no streak pressure
• A two-minute rescue anchor for moments when nothing works at all
• Your focus stats stay on your device

THE ADHD GUIDE IS INCLUDED
24 short, warm pieces on executive dysfunction, time blindness, rejection sensitivity, hyperfocus, money and ADHD, and more. Each one ends with something you can try in the next five minutes. Ten of them are free forever.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
No account, no sign-up, no email address. Saved tasks, plans and focus data stay on your device. Only the text of a new brain dump — with an anonymous identifier — goes to our server and from there to the AI provider. Dictation uses your system's own speech recognition. No ads, no advertising trackers.

UNSTUCK PRO (OPTIONAL)
Effectively unlimited brain dumps (with a fair-use cap), the day plan, routines, energy filters, the full streak history, reminder sensitivity, and the complete ADHD guide. Monthly, yearly with a free trial, or once and for good.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is Unstuck only for people with ADHD?
No. It helps anywhere tasks feel too big and starting is the hard part — with procrastination just as much as with sensory overload or exhaustion.

What does it cost?
The core is free: three brain dumps a day, the focus timer, the garden, the rescue anchor, and ten guide articles. Pro lifts the daily cap and opens the day plan, routines, energy filters, and the other fourteen articles.

Do I need an account?
No. Your steps stay on the device — only the text of a new brain dump goes to the server that breaks it down.

Does it work offline?
The day plan, focus timer, routines and garden all work without internet. Only breaking down a new brain dump needs a brief connection.

What is a brain dump?
You pour out everything rattling around in your head — typed or dictated. The app sorts it into small steps instead of handing you yet another task list.

Does the app punish me for skipping a day?
No. Streaks are counted but never demanded. There is no catching up and there are no missed tasks.
