Do you have a tendency to pick up negativity, anxiety or being pessimistic?
Inspired by cognitive bias modification (CBM) therapy, Upbeat Mind helps you retrain your brain and shift your attention on positive stimuli. The objective of the game is to spot positive cues among neutral and negative expressions.
Find positive words In this game mode your task is to pick a word that has a positive connotation among neutral and negative ones. Words are available in English, Indonesian and Korean.
Spot the happy face In this game mode you will be presented a bunch of close up photos . Your task is to spot people with pleasant facial expressions.
Track your progress As you regularly practice by playing the game, you may find yourself being more aware of good things in your surrounding, optimistic and emotionally well. A historical graph is available to help you keep track of your progress.

Very good Cognitive Bias Modification app, I use it daily. Only 4 stars for the following reasons: 1) Lack of gamification, e.g. reinforcers/"rewards" when hitting the right button (like sounds and points), collecting the smiling faces, moving faces instead of static ones, etc. 2) Every time you tap a smiling face it vanishes immediately and often you see a negative one in its place, which works as a punishment/deterrent. Instead the positive face could zoom in a second for a full screen.

bro i wanted this to fill mind with positive stuff but in your game like spoting positive words among negative words, more negative words are read in order to find one positive word. Like its doing opposite of whats to be done.
