I can log into the app just fine, but when I try to look at my current loan or payment methods, I get an error message and am unable to do anything at all.

Used uplift 2 years ago with minimal income and bad credit, got approved for southwest plane tickets. Had a perfect payment history. Should be considered a loyal trustworthy customer now. Download the app, says I have $1000 buying power and approved, try to buy southwest tickets now, and they won't approve me. Have good income and good credit now, plus a perfect payment history with them, and can't get approved this time. "Approved" and "buying power" are a total lie. Don't waste your time!
