Showing incorrect units of daily use... we generally com use 7- 8 units daily it but this app showing 40 units in a single day... and many more bugs are there showing incorrect bill amount. We did not recharge our meter but this app shows we have 588 rs of amount remaining and our meter is not prepaid meter. Showing incorrect phone number in details setting we can't able to change or update the email option please rectify these bugs 🙏

UP PCL SMART METER is not good for us, I tell you that 700rs left in my uppcl recharge on 3 nov then on 4 nov I saw it -300 and my mind blow what is this my daily consumption only 2kwh maximum in winter how it can flush in 1 day i complaint but nothing happen it goes like nothing but only middle class people know how we work for money (WE DON'T WANT SMART METER) OLD POSTPAID METER IS GOOD FOR US CONSUME AND PAY NOT THIS TYPE OF FRAUD

Balance not show.... I recharge back to back 3000 and 1500 but balance not update every time show 0 low balance
