Amazing and experience with UP PCL SMART app. However this still needs to be improved further with regard to the bill payment indication. Soon after payment it does not show" PAID". It continues to show"CURRENTLY DUE" for few days even after paying the entire amount online. Rebate amount shown as outstanding against the consumers. These things are to be improved. Showing incorrect units of daily use... we generally com use 7- 8 units daily it but this app showing 40 units in a single day... and many more bugs are there showing incorrect bill amount. We did not recharge our meter but this app shows we have 588 rs of amount remaining and our meter is not prepaid meter. Showing incorrect phone number in details setting we can't able to change or update the email option please rectify these bugs 🙏

My UP PCL SMART account has been 'temporarily locked' for the last 3 months after I accidentally entered the wrong password. Every time I try to log in, it shows a popup: 'Your account is temporarily locked. Please contact administrator.' I have tried 'forgot password' and 'reset' options, but nothing works. I have contacted customer care multiple times, but they are not helpful and keep asking me to visit the electricity office in person, which is impossible for me as I am currently out of town.
