Sometimes, it works, but most does not It still doing the same, most of the time it does not work

Garbage! Video and unlock feature in app works randomly 1 in 100 tries. So basically you can NOT depend on this device to unlock door remotely reliably ("the recipient is busy" error and other errors when trying to connect to video feed)! Support was not helpful and nothing was resolved (usual reinstall advice etc.). Would not buy any Unmet product in the future after this experience. Running on Google Pixel 7 phone, so definitely NOT problem with the phone.
