Used a few times normally pretty good, however. Paid for next day delivery parcel lost in transit 20 days later, no clear communication. No replacement products... no contact numbers chatbot's keep cutting off, un answered emails, if at all its 48hrs between. Absolutely terrible serive at my witts end with they're "customer service" department!! My complaint has been escalated so many times it has its own lift. However still no parcel or indication of them sending it.

Awful service. Received a £123 jumper with a stain on the front. I'm trying to return it and customer service directed me to a Website. Now trying to charge me to return. Charging people to return faulty items is not a way to retain customers. Never again.

Wrost service ever, I get wrong product so I return it and USC send me lable for return, but after month still I didn't get my refund and their customer service are worst always ask same questions.
