★★★★★ I am a vending machines operator. We have recently installed 17 touchless vending machines that operate with the ViV app. We opened up the very first fully touchless vending machine university in the United States at Bethune Cook man University in Daytona Beach, Florida. We thought it would help the University curtail the effects of COVID-19 transmissions. Lots of technology that required lots of tech. Support from the ViV team. They were truly a great team to work this with. From engineering to customer support, they helped me put this together flawlessly, foreseeing every possible challenge along the way. The students are extremely happy with the app as they can purchase via Bluetooth up to 30 feet away from the machine without even touching it. They can also see the machines in the neighboring buildings with ViV's GPS capabilities. I see how ViV's customer support responds very quickly to my clients requests when they encounter an issue. They follow up with the client and with us as the operator, so that we can resolve issues quickly and in tandem. We will be adding restaurant deliveries though ViV next semester, so we are really looking forward to that.

★★☆☆☆ Installed, input info they wanted, and the app crashes every time I attempt to open it. Unusable on Android. Tried uninstalling and installing again. No luck.

★★☆☆☆ Downloaded this App because I thought I would be able to pre-order at one of my favorite restaurants then go pick-up my order. That's what the restaurants' website stated anyway. I'm assuming this App only works with nearby restaurants and I guess vending machines as well. So, I can't pre-order if I'm not near the restaurant I want to order from. So far there are no nearby restaurants or vending machines where I work (Laurel, MD) that are available for me to use this App.

★★☆☆☆ Paid and app crashed, so the machine didn't vend. There's also no contact info on the machine for when this happens. App also loses connection constantly. App straight up sucks, won't use it again.

★★☆☆☆ Quite a few of the vending machines have the wrong ID number listed in the app, and it doesn't even list half of the items for most of the machines. Absolutely awful.
