HOW DO YOU SCAN AND PAY. I Used to DO IT WHEN THE MACHINES WERE DOWN. I DON'T SEE ANYWHERE ON THE APP TO DO IT. IS IT BECAUSE OF AN UPDATE? CAN'T WALK ALL OVER THE PLACE JUST TO BUY A SNACK.

I scanned my qr code to pay for water. I watched my balance drop and then the machine said I had insufficient funds and tried to charge me again. It's not the first time I've been double-charged.

I never get my reward points. I try to save up until I reach the $9 payout, and instead it will just revert to $0 whenever I add a final purchase that would push me to hitting the $9. Update: just lost all the points (again) that I had saved, their rewards' system UI updated and wiped everything I had.

I keep trying to log in, and it keeps kicking me back to the log in screen. I tried multiple times I even tried making a different account and the same issue. I wouldn't waist the space on your phone
