The machine at my office has no code, so I am forced to turn on it seems like my wi-fi, Bluetooth and locations to use the machine. My phone isn't even connected to my office Wi-Fi but it won't work without it turned on.

HOW DO YOU SCAN AND PAY. I Used to DO IT WHEN THE MACHINES WERE DOWN. I DON'T SEE ANYWHERE ON THE APP TO DO IT. IS IT BECAUSE OF AN UPDATE? CAN'T WALK ALL OVER THE PLACE JUST TO BUY A SNACK.

I use the app at a workplace café. The app accrues points with every purchase but then doesn't allow the credits from points to be applied on a subsequent purchase. It's been reported numerous times to the vendor, but they say the app is just buggy and that they've reported it on numerous occasions. This ought to be corrected as it is misleading.

Have over $10 on my account but somehow cannot use $5.34. Card wouldn't work (with is card attached to account) and another card would not work either. So now I get to go without bc the system is messed up
