I love this app. I loved in Virginia Beach for most of my life and was never aware of anything like this from the city. Extremely useful!

This app is TERRIBLE. You have to submit everything on average 6 to 7 times. It keeps showing up as if your activity is not completed even though you have completed it numerous times. I have spent an hour and a half trying to submit my data, and it is still not working.

I have not been able to submit clinical information in two days. It will no longer work. It was slow the first two weeks, but it is basically useless now!

I'm happy to be involved in a research study that's working on a vaccine, but this app is terrible. The people at the clinic that I'm working with agree. The data rarely saves correctly the first time, and often doesn't save the second or third or fourth time! I've also never received any of the reminders that I was told I would receive. Definitely, definitely need some major improvements.
